A request

I am interested in doing a pourable foam dress form using the My Twin instructions. I have the video and the workbook; is anyone interested in doing this with me?

Hi, Shannon. I finally figured out how to get a Google account, then lost my password. I think I've got it now; we'll see. Just wanted to say hi and talk about the Bartow Group.

Andrea presented the ORT Jar construction at the September meeting. You remember, they are the fabric collapsible jar about the size of a small orange juice can. They are so-o-o neat.

Naturally, I brought the wrong fabric, which was a double-sided quilted fabric. Turns out it's too thick to wrap over the 3" embroidery ring. Fortunately, Andrea brought extra fabric, and I was able to complete my Odd Remaining Threads Jar in a lovely pink roses print. She did a good job with handouts, samples, and instructing us.

These would make great stocking stuffers, not just for threads, but all sorts of odds and ends. Someone had the idea to make them for the next Common Threads group tables, similar to Bette Martel's pin cushions that were set out at each place setting.
